Circostrada launched the new edition of BOUNCE - the mentoring programme for emerging talents: you can still apply before April 3rd!

What does BOUNCE offer?

BOUNCE is a mentoring programme designed to offer a supportive space for cultural professionals with 4 to 10 (maximum) years of experience. It gives opportunities for networking, extends professional connections, and fosters awareness around fair practices and equitable working conditions, while providing tools to advance the mentee’s project.

By taking part in BOUNCE, you will benefit from:

• A 16-hour development programme and mentorship from a facilitator selected in the membership, guiding you through your project's unique challenges.
• Participation in Circostrada's flagship events, such as FRESH STREET#5 and the Annual General Meeting in Sibiu (ROU).
• Engagement with the Circostrada SPARK Participatory Research Lab on Fair Practices and Equitable Working Conditions.

How to apply ?

• The programme is specifically designed for circus professionals, with a project at an intermediate stage of development (4-10 years of experience). Learn more about the eligibility criteria.
