Junior European Project Manager

Job opportunity

Our Brussels-based team of 4 is looking for a new talent to support us in the implementation of European projects during the first half of 2025.

📅 The internship will take place between January 6 and June 27, 2025.

Missions

Missions will be mainly linked to the following projects and network activities:

  • Submission of an ERASMUS+ project on professional integration (between January and March): Preparation and data collection, drafting (assistance), putting grant application online.
  • Spring Talks (FEDEC annual conference at the Académie Fratellini (Paris) + École de Cirque de Châtelleraut in April): Logistics before and during the conference, welcoming participants, liaison with host structures, taking notes and minutes of meetings.
  • Take Care project (throughout the internship): Logistics for the workshop organized in parallel with Spring Talks (April), note-taking and reporting on meetings (expert committees and festival network), assistance with project follow-up (ongoing project reporting), liaison with schools to set up a mental health study, contact targeted artists to produce awareness-raising videos.
  • 2024 activity report and TRANCE project follow-up (between March and June): Assist the communications manager in drafting the 2024 activity report.

Desired professional qualities and skills

  • Recent graduate of a European project management or business school, or final year.
  • Professional experience not required to benefit from a Convention d'Immersion Professionnelle, but previous internships desirable.
  • Fluency in French and good level of English.
  • Proficiency in office automation tools (Pack Office, Zoom, Canva, Jotform, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently while appreciating collaborative processes.
  • Interest in art education and contemporary creation.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
  • Willingness to travel with the team.

Conditions

  • 📝 Type of contract: Professional Immersion Agreement (see here)
  • 🕒 Work schedule: 4 days/week - including 1 teleworking day
  • 💶 Compensation: €1,200/month
  • 🚌 Transport pass : reimbursed
