FEDEC is organizing a collective reflection workshop on “How to create inclusive and safe spaces in the cultural sector?”, as part of the SPEAK OUT project to prevent gender-based discrimination, and (the new!) TAKE CARE project on mental health, co-funded by the European Commission.

This workshop invites cultural professionals to share their thoughts on creating inclusive and safe workspaces. Taking into account mental health issues, with a particular focus on the specific needs of gender minorities, we will explore concrete practices for fostering respectful and caring work environments.
