What are the key competencies required for the teaching profession in our sector? How can they be developed within our organisations?
This document is the result of a consultation with members of the FEDEC network.
All FEDEC members are keenly interested in how the understanding of circus arts teaching and its evolution can be built at the level of our network, and also to know where circus teaching and pedagogy might need support.
In order for us to better understand the needs of those for whom we have such great admiration, our teachers, we thought it best to undertake research with those working within our network and ask them about what they consider to be the necessary skills and competencies for those who would like to teach circus arts at a professional level.
